INCLINE or FLAT BENCH PRESS 5 5 5 5 5 or ANOTHER STRENGTH YOU HAVEN’T DONE 2 x sandbag or weight drag ……… WOD “Full Frontal Nate” 20 minute AMRAP 2 muscle ups /  4 dips 4 strict handstand push ups/ hold for 10 sec  8 kettlebell swings @ (32/24)/ MW 1 Front squat @ (205/135)/ MW  1 Round of Nate: 2 Front squats 1 Round of Nate 3 Front squats 1 Round of Nate And so on until the time is up. *Scale for muscle ups = 4 ring dips
