Start every round with a 200 m side shuffle, or inside run up your  staircase 3x

Dbell  cleans … no DBells use can food and jump higher for intensity 

Renege rows with soup cans , don’t move hips

Ps side lunges….. 21 per side and so on. Backpack on your back

1 moving planks right and left 

10 sec  hand stand  holds
