How To Create an “Odd-Object?”

1. Get a back pack or a bag with a zipper

2. Get object around the house, like books, left over bag of salt, sand or dirt, tape it closed!

3. Wrap it all in a towel to keep it tight and stuff it in.

You can wear this, swing it, lift it, sky’s the limit.

Start with 6-10 minute, you chose your time. Scaled in green

WOD #1 

(1 per side) Single DB Reverse Lunges, 20 Double-Unders, 60 Single Skips 
Continue to add (1 per side ) reverse lunges per round, keep skipping the same 

WOD #2
(1 per side) alt  DB Power Snatch, 20 jumping jack, side leg step outs 
Continue to add (1 per side ) power snatches per round, keep jumping jacks the same 

 

(No Equipment Version)Neck and shoulder issues nothing overhead. 

WOD #1 

(1 pre side)  Odd-Object Reverse Lunge, 20 jumping jacks
Continue to add (1 per side ) reverse lunges per round

WOD #2

(1 per side) Or both hands – Odd-Object Ground to Overhead, 20 Lateral Hops Over Odd-Object (GROUND TO CHEST) 
Continue to add (1 per side ) Odd-Object Ground to Overhead per round (GROUND TO CHEST)
