single arm Sots Press…squat down, then press a kettlebell or Rotationally overhead

weighted Good mornings …. use bands

In supine position, feet up toss MB and catch it while remaining in your position….. feet down

MB Burpees…. Oh ya!   hands on MB …. fun fun fun
