31 Heroes (AMRAP – Reps)

30 Minute AMRAP of: Partner 1: 8 dbell Thrusters, MW 2 Rope Climbs,/ Hangs for 20 secs or lying down rope climbs 10 ps step ups on Box Jumps, or 10 box jumps Partner 2: 200 or 400m Run with sandbag, or medball, Manageable weight This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 200 or 400m with a sandbag or med ball . Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag or med ball and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
