10 ps weighted transverse lunges 25/20 20/15 15/12 lbs.
10 push jerks (135/95lb)shoulder issues use dBell or landmine presses
10 bench or rig dragon flags …..reverse core curls… different legs for difficulty
10 kb swings (53/35lb) go up in weight !
Run 400m, 100 skips, 50 D/U, row or 1 min of battle ropes
