For time, complete:
50 Box jumps
50 jumping pull-ups/ use bench or bands but come down to full arm extension
50 kettlebell swings/ russian please
walking lunge, 50 steps ps
50 hanging knee-to-elbow raises
50 push press, 45 pounds (empty Olympic barbell)
50 back extensions/ superman… do not lift too high so you hyperextend your back
50 wall ball shots, 114/20-lb ball… standing Use MW
50 burpees ..Peeps who have a perfect score on the challenge do not have to do these!!!
50 double-under rope jumps / 100 Single Skips
This is the classic CrossFit chipper, and the most recognizable one. Scale things back as needed. Remember that if a weight seems light, there’s a good reason: You have to do a lot of reps. Stick to the assigned weights, or go lower if needed.
