TEAM WOD | TEAMS OF 2/ single do the run and ME exercise with no 2 minute finish time  2 Rounds for Max Reps: In 2 Minutes: Partners Run 200 meters with Med Ball + Max Burpee Box step up weighted/ MH/MW  In 2 Minutes: Partners Run 200 meters with Med Ball + Max hang power clean and jerk @ (95/65)/ kettle bell or KB In 2 Minutes: Partners Run 200 meters with Med Ball + Max Handstand Push-ups/ holds/ feet on bench  ACCESSORY 3 Sets: 10 Dumbbell Skull Crushers, Lying down tricep work  10 Dumbbell Rows on Each Side, do not rotate your body 🙂 work against your core.
