5 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
2 burpees over the bar
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
40 single leg unders on right 40 on the left ……..break it up as needed
30 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Dumbbells (50/35 lbs)…. bend arm to take some pressure off the shoulder
20 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs) or press
