Teams of 4: If teams of 2 then its 100 reps not 200!!! Two people working while two people hold static position. If either team member who is in a static position breaks working partners must stop. Team members can switch as needed. 1. 200 Burpees – hand stand hold 800M run – every one runs 2. 200 air squats – plank 600M run 3. 200 weight plate OH walking lunges – squat position 400M run 4. 200 SDHP – hang from bar 600M run 5. 200 Box jumps – hold plate above head 800M run Scaled down version of workout 1. 200 Burpees/ use box – hand stand hold with 1 foot on ground 400M run or walk – every one runs 2. 200 Toes to bar – plank 400M runor walk 3. 200 walking lunges – squat position 200M run or walk 4. 200 air squats – hang from bar 400M run or walk 5. 200 Box step ups – hold plate above head 400M run or walk
