Holiday Monday enjoy the day with

your kids, family and friends.

For those of you wanting to workout on

Monday May 21 

there will be an open gym from 10:00am to 12:00pm with

our lovely Coach Emily.  Come and do a missed

Wod you didn’t do

last week or some fun cardio training! 

 We will be working on Hypertrophy training

for the next 10 days.

This means adding a little more weight dialing down the

reps and building size and definition.

   Giving the body a break from 1 rm

training so when we go back to do them

we are stronger.  

This all starts tomorrow. 

How did everyone do with the no sugar and no alcohol challenge this weekend ???

I am happy to report no burpees for me!
