TEACHING TONIGHT AT 7:00 PM RIGHT AFTER

THE 6:00PM WOD.

Deloading week of conditioning so higher reps 12-15 lower weights 

 

Warm up 

  • 400 m run
  • 12 banded pulls
  • 10 MB cleans
  • 12 walking lunges with torso twists 

DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS

 incline DBpress  4 sets 15 reps

single arm DB row     4 sets 15 reps 

EMOM  20-24 minutes 

min 1 – 12 DB muscle cleans

Min 2 100 m sled push or pull

Min 3 12 DB power cleans and Jerks

Min 4 12 DB walking lunges 

 ***For each successful round completed add 1 rep to all movements (besides sled push). If you fail a given round then subtract 2 reps from each movement for the following round.  OH WHAT FUN ***
