“AIR FORCE” EMOM do 4 burpees after finishing your reps

Start with 4 burpees partners work together. Finish work then do your burpees that
were accumulating during wod.
Each time you here a beep you add 4 more burpees to your total to be completed after each exercise.
- For Time
- 40 Wall balls
- 40 slam balls
- 40 dumbbells arctic press
- 40 s arm thrusters
- 40 shoulder rack squat jumps with dumbbells
Do 4 burpees every minute, including at the start of the WOD, before continuing the barbell work. Athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps of the previous barbell movement. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their 4 burpees.
