Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
1. 800 Meter Run (Together) block plus 200 m
2. 80ps Walking Lunges with Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry or Goblet Hold
3. 400 Meter Kettlebell Carry (use the same kettlebell(s) as used for walking lunges) (walk together – only one partner carrying KBs at a time)
4. 40 Single-Arm Kettlebell Push Presses (switch arms and partners as needed)
5. 200 m sled push, pull and switching half way
