Shuttle runs are a popular training technique for sports which involve short bursts of speed. They help develop your acceleration, speed and your anaerobic fitness. Firstly, place a marker at 10 metres (m), 20m, and 30m. STEP ONE. Runto the 10m mark first, touching the floor and running back to the start line.   fun fun fun

Partner Workout:  ★

14 minute AMRAP: –

30 Heavy Wall Balls (30/20ish) –

30 Kettlebell Swings –

30 Shuttle Runs (1 lengths of parking lot  down and back = 1 rep)

***Only 1 partner works at a time except for the Shuttle runs***

3 minutes rest

12 minute AMRAP:

Partner 1 Minute 1: Max calories row –

Partner 2 Minute: Max Burpee Ground to Overhead (Burpee with dumbbells to a dumbbell double hand snatch)

***Both partners work at the same time, alternating movements every minute

***Have athletes write down their reps as they go.

Otherwise counting scores will be a nightmare
