Warm Up ….. this warm up is a workout !!

30s of each move – 3 rounds
High knees
Butt kicks
Inchworm
Squats
Jumping Jacks

4 rounds

20 squats. tempo 1/1/3 hold 3 second
20 Dips on Couch/bench/floor
40-60s plank

3 rounds

10 push ups
15 per side curtesy lunge
20 squat lunges

(No rest between moves, 2 min rest between rounds)

Add weights if available

6 rounds

EMOM x 12 minutes (6 rounds)
12 burpees
40s skipping
