designed to help you get more familiar with Olympic

lifting and clean up for lift for better performance. Don’t

be scared of this class it caters to beginner and the

more seasoned lifter.

** depending on class size ; maybe try and get everyone to get 1 round on the bike if possible — if it seems too impossible to coordinate  , make it a row 🙂
