THE RE-OPENING OF CFSS. 

 

 7 Th. UPDATE: 

We will be opening Tuesday May, 19 2020  to PERSONAL TRAINERS with their CLIENT.

Tuesday, May 19, 2020. (Soft Opening) 

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE?
 Personal Trainers will be permitted with their clients to train
with the following guidelines:
  1. Clients must enter through the side door and leave through the side door.
  2. Please sanitize yourself when entering and leaving including equip.and door handles.
  3. Workouts will look differently as everything must fit in your area.
  4. Clients and Trainers will need to be wearing a MASKS. 
  5. Clients are to stay in their sectioned off area, 6 feet apart from each other.
  6. If we suspect any one is sick, you will be asked to go home. 🙁
  7. Please do not come if you are even a little bit sick.
  8. All the equipment will be in your square and will be sanitized after your workout and left there to dry.

When will they start and what does this look like?

We are hoping to start classes

 JUNE 1 2020.

 ALL  MEMBERSHIPS ARE FROZEN AT THIS TIME, SO IT’S  IMPORTANT TO CONTACT ME TO ADVISE ME ON THE FOLLOWING:

1. Reinstated your membership June 5 2020.
2. Left on hold until when?
3. Cancelled.
I will not reinstate anyones membership unless I have permission. 
  1. Class sizes will be 4-  6 PEOPLE PLUS COACH
  2. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR USEAGE TO the facility to 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK
  3. THERE WILL BE FEWER CLASS times AND THERE WILL BE A NEW SIGN UP ON LINE.  More details to follow.
  4. If you sign up and DO NOT COME, you will be given 2 changes and then asked not to sign up again.
  5. Members will come in through the front door and leave through the SIDE door.
  6. If there are runs in the wod they will only go through the side door not the front door.
  7. Members will be in their own area, 6 feet apart from another member.
  8. MEMBERS AND COACHES MUST WEAR MASKS.
  9. Workouts will look differently as everything must fit in their area.
  10. Classes will not be overlapping.
  11. If we suspect any one is sick, you will be asked to go home. 🙁
  12. Please do not come if you are even a little bit sick.
  13. All the equipment  used MUST stay in your square and be  sanitized after your workout and left to dry.

 PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE WITH US.

 THIS IS THE FIRST TIME DEALING WITH THIS KIND OF  SITUATION AND 
WE MAY MAKES MISTAKES AS WE NAVIGATE OUR WAY THROUGH.
 
WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET EVERYONE IN TO WORKOUT AS SAFELY  AS POSSIBLE.

RENOVATIONS UPDATE 

COVID HAS SLOWED DOWN OUR RENOVATIONS, DUE TO LACK OF TRADES PEOPLE,
 
HOWEVER WE ARE BACK ON TRACK AND MOVING ALONG NICELY!
