 SO EVERYONE  YOU WILL NEED TO BE WARMED UP!

STRENTGH

Every two minutes, for a total of 16 minutes (8 sets): Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Snatch @ 80% TIME LEFT OVER RUN 200 METERS OR 10 BAR FACING BURPEES

For time of:

800 Meter to 16 up and around block  60 ANCHORED by a MB reverse curls, back stays in contact with the floor.  30 Overhead Squats (115/75 lbs) 15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups to 6″/4″ Deficit, weight on both side / HANDSTAND HOLD OR WALL WALKS
